Hey just started track basically this winter running 52.7 indoor only 2 times than my pr as of now 50.8 in the 400. 200 pr is a 22.4 and coaches are trying to put me in the 800 but I ran it in practice with no idea how to run it and clocked a 2:09:00 so basically just trying to find ways to improve my times and have new goals!
