My name is Luke Watson, every day I look at myself in the mirror when I wake up and find something I want to improve. I find something that I want to push to the maximum breaking point. When I am making a decision, I always think about how it will impact my future. Sleeping in or getting up, hitting the gym or laying around, studying or watching shows, eating right or taking a cheat day. I make sure that what I am doing, I am doing it to my full potential. I have recently learned the hard way not to take anything for granted. After losing my state tournament in my hockey season the last march, I have never taken ice time for granted again. The same goes for football, before getting shut down I acted like every time going onto the field was my last.
