My name is Demba Kante. I am 14 years old in the 9th grade. I love the game of basketball, ever since I started playing the game I’ve never felt such joy. One thing I love about basketball is that there is always something I can do, with a with or without a hoop. My motivation to get better is my family. If it wasn’t for my family then I really wouldn’t be here. They push me to be the best person I can be and I can’t thank them enough for that. You should take a chance on me because I am a very hard worker who doesn’t complain whenever I am told something. I have a winning mentality and will always find a way to rally my teammates when they are down. I take my studies just as serious as I take basketball. I want to be at the top of my class and I won’t settle for anything less. If you take a chance on me, you won’t regret it.
