The reason way academics, sports, family is important to me is because they all go hand and hand with each other. It is because of my family and the support they provide during the school year and many days of traveling to different sporting competitions that encourages me to keep going and doing my best.
Academics are important to me because my parents will not allow me to play any sports without having the best grades that I can possibly produce. The academics are also important for me because I know that I can get into any college that I desire without good grades and test scores.
Finally, sports are important to me because it gives me that outlet to showcase my talent and continue to compete at a high level. Sports also forces me to make sure that I am doing everything that I need to do in the classroom. In closing, sports gives me another avenue to getting into a college or university of my choice.
