Theres multiple things that motivate me. The two main things are always working to be the best player i can be. An example is working on my craft, being in the gym pushing myself and doing every rep 100%. My second motivation is being a good leader. Calling out motions on the field, watching film, knowing my job, also knowing every play in the book.
