My name is Bricen Ostergaard, I just turned 16 and am entering my Junior Year at Southridge Highschool in Kennewick, WA.

I am 6’ tall, 175 lbs, with a solid athletic build, strong legs and hips. I play third base and am a right-handed pitcher.

I can square up the ball and know how to elevate and work gap to gap. I am very skilled in my pitching and can consistently hit my spots, I am starting to develop my slider and working on improving my velocity through the driveline program.

I maintain a 3.9 GPA while playing 3 varsity sports; football, basketball and baseball. I enjoy all three, but baseball is and always has been my passion.

Keeping up my GPA while playing multiple sports has taught me to be humble, teachable, and to have a good work ethic. I am a team player, a quick study, and I work hard. I was chosen the captain of my JV football defense as a young sophomore and asked to play varsity for extended games, which shows I am someone you can count on. As a freshman, my baseball legion team went to state and I led the team in RBIs, I think this shows how I like to encourage, motivate and make things happen!

I am young for my grade and have always played up, this has made me a better player and more emotionally and mentally tough to keep up and at times outperform those older and more experienced than me. I have a lot more growing to do and am eager to train and learn, I feel sky is the limit once I am in the right hands!

As I near college age, I am interested in the areas of sports medicine, physical therapy and business.
