Hi,
My name is Alex Hawkins, and I am a sophomore at Oakdale High School. I am a starter on the Varsity basketball team, and we went 20-6 and were going to make an appearance at Maryland for the playoffs before COVID-19 happened. Since then I have been playing basketball everyday at my house and working out everyday to get stronger. The thing that motivates me the most is everyone who believes in me and believes that I can make it as far as I want in my basketball career. Those people who support me give me confidence, and they are also the reason why I strive to be better. I believe that I deserve a chance because I always try to outwork my opponents to get better, I listen to my coaches with no complaints, and I also maintain above a 4.00 GPA in school. My dream is to play at the Division I level, so please give me the opportunity to accomplish my dream.
